Indoor How do i start LST and when?

Hi, I have an autoxtreme only broke the soil 5 days ago, and I want to LST the shit out of it. I had 4 plants that didn't grow so well on my first try because I hadn't got the best light but :tiphat:this time I'm gonna stick to one plant and get the most out if it. So I was wondering if anyone could give me a guide or few tips for lst, especially how to handle the new growth after tieing down , and when to start.
