New Grower How many plants can I grow with a 250w CFL

Can I grow 4 plants with a 250w cfl red spectrum?

Also have a 125w CFL blue spectrum for veg.

I use the same setup, 125W blue for the first 2-3 weeks and then a 250W red for the rest. I grew 3 and 4 plants and I think that is about the right number. I would recommend some form of training, be it LST or scrog, to get the most out of your lights. I quite like to scrog myself.

Also depends on your space; I grow with the same 125w blue and 250w red and only have the space to grow one plant - although I got nearly 5oz off the one plant (in a 15l pot).

I personally would say given the size my plants have grown, I could get away with 2 plants in 8 liter pots (if I had more width/depth), but I know people who grow lots of plants in 1l pots under 125w CFL to keep them small (kind of micro SoG) - although I imagine this is a ball ache to water.
