how many autoflower seed i can put under 400W light?

i have white widow and blue widow seeds

Is the 400W an HID light or LED?
They will usually state the area of coverage you can get from a reflector.

What kind of reflector are you using?
What size room/tent/box are you using?

I would be happy putting 4 or 5 under that light.
