You seem to need help. A 14 day dry is too long and buds are likely too dry.
Here is my technique. Feel free to do some research on this sites "Search" tab.
Dry for 5 days using paper grocery bag method. Place bud in single layer in a closed bag in the dark at normal indoor temp/humidity. Turn over/re-arrange daily. Then dump it loosely into your jar (multiple jars if needed, with a hygrometer in one representative jar), close and wait for 4 hours or so to allow for equilibration. If the hygrometer reads 70% RH+, you are too wet to cure (mold can grow over 70%). Put it back into the bag for another drying day and try again. Sequentially test multiple jars. Once you get to 65% you can begin drying in the jar.
Leave the bud in an open jar for a day, add hygrometer, close , wait 4 hours to equilibrate and read your RH%. Repeat this cycle until you reach 62%. Then, leave the jar closed for a day and re-check the RH,. If above 64%, leave it open for another day. If still in the low 60's, you can safely begin your cure.
Each day for a week, open the jar for an hour or so. Then start to let more days go by before opening the jar. Check the RH% is you have any concerns along the way. Do this for at least a month (but feel free to try it after 2 weeks).
Remember, you are measuring your bud's moisture level by measuring the jar's air humidity. To do so requires a few hours in a closed jar to properly equilibrate.
If you get too dry, try to increase by adding orange peels or some other moisture source to your jars (not just water). What ever is in the jars will tend to equilibrate. Hope that this does not happen!
