The speed of these autos is head spinning. The trichs are numerous and clear. How much longer would you think? They are at the begginning of the 10th and are near finishing but weather here is so bad. I am thinking about bringing them in and putting in window with bright light. it is so close and the chance of mold is great. Thank You

Welcome to AFN! I hope you like what you've seen of it so far! To answer your question, it's hard to say without pics, and when to harvest is really a personal preference. All clear trichs mean that the buds aren't mature yet. Mostly cloudy or milky with a few amber trichs is the sweet spot for most people. Mostly amber/brown trichs is considered over ripe. But if mold is a high risk, I'd move them inside for the latest few weeks.

Thank You. I brought the ladies in for 2 days. The weather forecast yesterdays was 80% chance of rain and that for the rest of the week with Monday being the best day with partly cloudy with 40%. Today beautiful sunny no rain and weather reports shows no rain and plenty of sunshine and heat for the next 6 days. Tomorrow I expect to read about the blizzard coming up out of the Gulf.
The crystals are plentiful and crystal clear. In these autos is that like a week to finish. On a regular outdoor female I would be looking at 3 to 4 weeks. How do the signs translate to auto flowers? Being a gardener I usually go by look and feel but the process is much more leisurely. When you have 8 to 14 months from seed to harvest. This is my first auto grow and it does seem that the stages of the plants life definitely happen in a shorter time.

I wish I had a decent camera to show you the trichs. I notice yesterday some of the trichs on the lower buds were turning amber. Since it will be raining for three days. I am going to bring them into the bay window. Then I am thinking I will but them into the dark for a couple of days.
I am seeing (less than 1% percent) amber. How much longer do you think? I am thinking a day or two before it is ready. Are they that quick at maturing?

A curious thing I heard about harvest and drying. These dirt growers take the plant with roots and place them in water, in the dark for two days and then hang to dry with the roots. I thought interesting. Could it be a way to flush? Has anyone ever harvest the plant roots and all? Then dry with the roots on?
Don't seen like it would hurt but it may. Y'all have any thoughts?
