Indoor How much to add?

Right now I am using ProMix vegetable & herb potting soil. Growing in 3 gallon pots. I want to add some worm castings, some lime to correct low runoff ph and add epsom salt to correct mag def. I am getting ready to start a new grow.

My question is how much of each do I need to add to each 3 gallon pot and mix with my soil?

I founfd this on another site. not exactly what you asked but I hope it helps

50% organic compost
25% worm castings
15% sand
10% perlite

I use epsom salt as a foliar spray. just a little bit. like 1/8 tsp or less for a 16oz spray bottle. too much will hurt the plants. less is more
