New Grower How often do you give your plants CO2 ?

Was thinking about this the other day and wasnt sure what day you should start giving co2 to your plants ?

Ive seen a few videos that show how to make co2 from yeast and sugar and water .

I haven't used any CO2 in almost a year now when I did, I just tried out that Boost Buddy bag, that you hang from the top of the tent. I used it for 6 months, that was during vegging and flowering periods of plants. Not positive it made a big impact or not. Not real keen on the CO2 info, .

Im not 100% but I think I red they take up more CO2 during vegg than flowering

If you say no real benefits I think I will just leave it as a first timer .

Im at veg stage now , was thinking of getting some dry ice.
