temps in my tent, with everything running, can reach 93 F. I want to combat with seaweed kelp extract and silica.

I am using advanced nutrients line. Does AN have a seaweed product? I don't know if the amount in B-52 is enough to fight the heat.

Is it? Or should I look elsewhere?

I have an exhaust fan running at 117 cfm. Doesn't really effect temps greatly but I'm running it at about 75-80 percent power (estimating)

You need an exaust fan.
I'm with ga6 on this in my opinion there aren't alot of ways to beat the heat , I use an air conditioner without an exhaust an inline fans I.really couldn't beat the heat and would be forced to grow I n greenhouse an outdoors

Before anyone else tells me I need an exhaust, I do have one.

My main question is: what nutrients might mitigate the heat

There is no magic additive that will do much when your temps are that high.117cfm is very low air movement so I would suggest a stronger exhaust fan around 300 to 400 cfm and opening more inlet ports or your door to let more fresh and cooler air in.

If they aren't too badly heat stressed (or showing any other def. etc.) then lightly super crop the tops which I assume show the worst signs. This can help shave a few degrees by reducing the height. In my space, the difference of ~3ft is the difference in sometimes greater than 10 deg. F. If only my tops are stressed pinching them over tends to mitigate some of the effects. Also, it's not a nutrient per say but good ol' fashion H2O helps to mitigate some of the effects of heat stress if the RH isn't already sky high. *edit: that said if RH is high run a dehumidifier and give em water*

Some pics would help.
