Lighting HPS Help Please

The only lighting I have is two 150 watt HPS all-in-one's, will this harm the plants during vegative growth?

I don't know what exactly you mean by all in one? Do you have a brand name? But I don't think it will hurt your plants at all. Cannabis plants love HPS lighting, most use HPS during flowering but I have seen folks who actually prefer to use it all the way through the grow and never use MH. If by all in one you mean it is a dual spectrum bulb then it is designed for the whole grow, if it means that you can change the bulb from HPS to MH then I would get a MH bulb for Veg and use the HPS for Flower. That is a perfectly good light and quite honestly a really good deal from what I can tell. I was trying to see if it was capable of also running a Metal Halide bulb but I could not tell from anything I saw, so it looks like it is just HPS. However I can't recall ever seeing an HPS ballast that didn't run MH as well. At any rate you can defintely use these very effectively for growing your plants all the way from start to finish. How many plants are you growing under these 2 lights?

Great light and great deal! When I grew with HPS I grew all the way through. Just make sure you have the height for growing, they tend to stretch a little more with HPS, but that also helps get buds into the light.
