Lighting HS1 Dead :(

Got home last night to check the tent and found one of my :GN: Hs1s to be off, switched it off and back on again around 4-5 leds lit up for all of 2 seconds and straight back of again did this repeatedly however after 3-4 attempts it didn't even light up at all, anyone experienced this?

I've emailed yesterday, no reply, tried getting on the site again this morning and asking me for username and password which I don't have and wasn't asked for before, very confused, having read a lot of threads about these lights, everyone on here seems to say how good their customer service is

The website has been down since this morning for maintenance but should be back up later today so if you left a meassage on the live chat last night it will be picked up later today when we can get back on to the site. Yeah There Customer Services Are Excellent I Delt With Liam I Was Needing My 60x90 Defusers Replaced For The 60x60 Defusers When I First Ordered My Lights They Had None In Stock But They Said If Im Not Happy With The 60x90 Results To Call In A Few Months Or So Later I Called An They Managed To Get Some In For Me And Sent Me Them Out An I Posted Back The 60x90s And Cant Wait To Get My Paws On This New Badboy Unit Thanks GN You Lads Are Legendary
