Huge auto, tiny buds

Auto Blue Amnesia, 44" high, very bushy, 200+ small buds. All leaves still green at 55 days and the plant is still growing, an inch a day, every day.

This plant looks superb but the buds are tiny, the size of small marbles.

I'm about out of room and patience.

At this point with most other auto's the buds are at least 2-3 times the size with thick pistils and increasing bud growth is very noticeable.

These buds seem to be all thin pistil and bud leaves-there's no mass to them.

150 watt High Intensity, 3 150 watt CFL's, Dr. Earth soil, 3-3-3 organic veg nutrients, 1-4-5 bloom nutrients (organic), PH'd water at 6.5, Black Strap Molasses, temps 75-80 daytime, 65 at night, RH 35-40%.

I was going to prune away a lot of fan leaves but was warned advised against it on another forum here at AFN (I thought the inner buds were shaded).

Is there anything I can do to increase bud size at this point? Originally I was planning on harvesting at 70 days but that's only in two weeks. And it's still growing taller! This plant image was taken almost a week ago. The bud image was taken today. Is this simply a 90 day plant? The seed bank said 65-70 days but they also said flowering time 5-7 weeks; I'm not sure how to interpret that.

Don't panic mate, in my very limited experience on autos (done loads of photos), they often run longer than the seed banks claim. Done two now and both went between ten and twenty days past what they were meant to. I found the buds really swell towards the very end of the life of the plant so I would say you got a little way to go yet. I'm sure someone on here who has done these before and a lot more knowledgeable than myself will be along shortly to put your mind at ease, the plant looks healthy and that is the main thing, so just let them do their thang!!

That plant looks great. You still have a ways to go, especially if it is still growing an inch a day. Start thinking 12 weeks and read muddys thread on life cycle of an autoflower.

You might not like what I have to say, But your lookin at 100 to 110 Days.......But the good news is If vertical growth has stopped? your gonna have a ton of bud! and it shouldn't get much taller....

:no: Oh my...really? When the seed bank said 65-70 days, I supposed 80-90 days might be reality; 100-110 days seems way beyond their estimate, depressingly so inasmuch as I'm out now. They also said that flowering time was 5-7 weeks-does that mean up to 7 weeks in flower? Their time estimates seem mutually contradictory...

I guess time will tell and since you think the plant is normal and healthy I guess I'll have to be patient; nothing else I can do. I'll follow a normal feeding schedule and hope for the best-thanks muchly!

I've only grown a few autos, but everyone went 14 weeks . Keep the faith brother..You'll do good
