Your better of buying a mister type humidifier so check Amazon for cool mist humidifiers.
In a pinch throw a towel down on the floor off your tent and wet it down. Change the towel every couple days.

Like @jingo said, towels soaked but drop srippibg like crazy, put them on floor, hang them on wall if ya have a tent or something to hang from. Couple of bowls of water if its warm in there too. This also helped me early on before I got 2 inside my tent going...
Keep in mind this usually only helps with a little bit of humidity, if you need a solid 10-20% more all the time you need to get a regular humidifier to keep it thst much higher like @namvet25 said.

I monkeyed around with just running my air stones bubbling in an open bucket in the closet for a bit to raise the humidity. Since I was usually bubbling some tap water to evap off chlorine anyway, just moved it into the space when I had room. Didn't work as well as hoped, but did raise the humidity some.
