My babies are in a 4x4x6.7 grow tent... Was usin 2 600 watt leds but took one out tonight. I watered today with nutes (1ml sensi grow a and b... Ph perfect line.. And . 5ml calmag plus. Water sat out for 4 hours prior to watering. They are 23 days old. They all seem droopy today and now like some of the new leaves that are unfolding seem to be twisting and turning yellowish in the middle. I'm usin Ffof soil... Lights are 24/7... 2 gallon smart pots. Was havin problems with my rh last week.. But finally got it under control. Was like 25 to 30 percent. But got it up to 40 now. I'm not sure if it's too much nutrients.. Or heat stress. My temps have been around 78f to 84f... Please any advice would be appreciated!

Hi , you plants are still very young and the RH 40% on that stage is too low brother.
The twisting will go away if you bring it up a little more let say 60% .
What the size of yours pots, and how much did you water them, I mean each plant ..

Despite using PH Perfect line, your soil PH might be out of range. Do you use tap water?

They look nice, just droopy, that could be because of overwatering.

FFof soil is known as quite hot, so maybe your feeding is too intense. Are they very dark green?

Maybe your lights were too close and light to intense for tops?

Or you just worry a little bit too much, plants look nice and healthy in this bluish picture.

yo bro, firstly. ill say that all the other members have answered exactly the same stuff I would of thought about,, but I can speak from experience with this problem, I think the main problem you got mate is Wet Roots.
They look like they are sitting straight into their waste water,... are you draining them every time you water?
in other words, the run off that comes out of the bottom? are you throwing it away? or letting them drink it up?
If your leaving them sitting there, then they're roots are constantly sitting in water mate.
They hate that. best thing to do is get them raised, water em, and throw away the run off.

Plus those types of pots are not good in my book, sure they work for people but im a airpot man myself, lots of holes for drainage.

Its like they are bloated and constipated. lol. they need a poo. if they are drinking they're own waste water man....well..... you would look the same as well eh? lol
Apart from that you got some lovely healthy plants mate, maybe a bit too rich on the Nitrogen seeing how dark green they are, but nothing to worry about, no N overdose (the claw) just yet and it will help them through their flowering when N is used less in most bloom feeds.

2 gallon smart pots and I water them maybe a whole cup of water... I gotta get a variant speed controller for my fans so I can keep a consistent higher rh

I do use tap water... And not over watering I don't think. The pots are very light... They are not very dark green either. Just normal colored green. But I definitely think that when I added the second led to the tent it throws everything off! Had my leds at 30 inches above the canopy and the other one at 27 inches above the canopy. And I definitely might be worrying to much too. Lol... Was at work all day yesterday and when I came home to this last night I was like nooooo!!

A few was sitting in a little water... Took care of that. Will make sure not to do that again. And this is my first time using smart pots. Idk how I feel about em yet. I hope it corrects itself. I appreciate the kinds words friend! Thanks so much for takin some time to help me!

my pleasure bro, yeah a friend of mine had the same probs with those smart pots aswell. They just don't dry out at the bottom properly if you have them sitting flat on something & have no drainage holes at the bottom. I know the material is porous but I still don't think it lets out enough 'waste water', especially if its sitting on a tray.
I use garland long trays with metal oven adjustable shelves on top. (3ch hydro do the trays, ebay do the shelves)
so the pots are dripping down into the tray, I then just empty the tray with a sponge, or one of my growing mates has a tray with a hole in it, that's put on a brick, plant on tray, and a catch tray underneath for the waste water.

So play about mate with different ways of getting those pots raised and making your life easier getting rid of the run off water
You can buy catch trays with valves on the front now, called RTA trays, meant for aipots but work with most types of pot
you can connect pipes onto the front of them, then a inline pump, and just pump the waste water away. or set it all up as a complete 'feeding' kit as they also do all the other attachments for them, pump, feed reservoir, pipes, etc.. etc..
loads of new tech coming out daily, making life easier for us growers.
