Hellu guys, please I have a friend who's just diagnosed of lung cancer and this guy has no cash for med. Since there are lots of positive info out there about the application of med. cannabis, I'd like to know if it promises some kinda cure or whatever to help relieve a lung cancer patient. Please I need your inputs.

I need insights on Medical Cannabis and it's effects on Lung Cancer

There is much anecdotal evidence that cannabis can cure cancer, but it doesn't rise to the level of scientific proof.
Most cancer patients are afraid to go against the accepted medical treatment, so they put up with the chemo and radiation.
If your friend can't afford those dubious things, then cannabis is a viable alternative.
Many people, including Rick Simpson of RSO fame, believe that massive doses are required, and Full Extract Cannabis Oil or RSO are sufficiently concentrated to make ingestion of large amounts easy.

I firmly believe that cannabis can cure some cancer. RSO type concentrates have been known to reduce and eliminate some lung tumors.
