HELLLO AFN FAMILY!:stylez rasta smoke: IDS Here For my 1st Ever Autoflower Grow. I gathered alot of info over the last 3-4 months and now that i have something to show you guys i thought i would start my 1st grow Log. Heres the brakedown one sec...
Seeds: Auto Seeds-Polar Express(Day 9), Secret Gardens- Pink Ogre(Day 10), Mistery- Sweet Tooth(freebie Day 9)
Soil: Sunshine Mix 4
Lights:CFLs- 3x 27w 6500k and 2x 125w dual Spec Feliz (GN M0006 LED on its way):dance2:
Nutes: Sea Grow 16-16-16 and 4-26-26, last watering i gave like 1/16 (VERY little) of 16-16-16 just to give them alittle extra food.
Setup: Closet, I makeshifted the area with big carboard boxes and mylar(cloest walls already had mylar wallpaper
) works for me tho.lol right now im using a microphone stand with a weight to support my smaller lights and lamps for my bigger CFLs. I plan on getting something more affective for my bigger CFLs but waiting to see how the led fits in the setup then i will work around it.
Temps: 70-80F usually HR 40-60% but trying to get to 70% for these early stages.
Light Schedule: Ok here the weird part. I dont have a timer yet so i have to turn off my lights manually so i wake up late and early am to turn them on and off. but i have to say they are getting anywhere from 16/8 and 20/4. every other day i let the lights go a little longer sometimes 24/0. But the weird part is how i turn my lights on. I see alot of people that have their lights on timers and everything comes on and off at once well to me that doesnt seem too natural so what i do is
Early Am- 3 smaller cfls come on(IMO to wake them up)
Mid Am- i turn on 1 of the 125w cfls
Before Noon(usually around 10-11am)- I turn on the other 125w cfl
After 7pm- I turn off one of the 125w clfs
8-9pm- I turn off the other 125w cfl
Rest of Cycle- i run the 3 smaller cfls
I think this is a more natural way to introduce light to the plants instead of shocking them awake every morning i slow introduce light then most of the day they get "Peak Lighting" then i slowly turn off the light. (trying to somewhat imatate the sun rising) when i get LED i will get a timer and it will be on 20/4 and i will use the cfls for extra lighting or what i call "peak lighting" during the day, then do what i do now but not have to get up as much:coffee break:

: Lost My KVS seed:Stones slap: so i had to order some more this morning. Sorry no pics today i was busy, then i had to move my grow area around so i didnt get time to snap pics ill do that after work tomorrow! Im starting to smell my girls and i gotta say i like wat i smell but i can tell its gonna get real strong later. Also i ordered my first tent! its 3x3x6ft perfect if i want to move up to 4-5 plants. Things are going well so far, got rid of my ladybug problem (hopefully until my tent arives) Thanks for all the good Karma i can really feel it everytime i step in the room!
