Indoor Indoor growing with home made grow box

Hello there!
I recently joined this community and so far I just regret that I didn't do this a long time ago

So this is my first growing on the homemade grow box, I've been using CFL, 6500k and 2700k and the temperature was always at 28ºC, 30ºC maximum. The soil is Compo Sana, "one of the best I could get around", at least they told me that.
Bought seeds from RQS and started growing one plant, Jack Herer Automatic, didn't have the dates of when I took the pictures (some are horizontal, sorry for that, the last links' pictures are better

I know its not the greatest box ever, it has its flaws but I'm working on it as I'm learning with experience and journals that I've been reading.

My questions are, what do ou think about the box?
Maybe a better light system? I've been reading about LED lights, what if I put one of those UFO kind in here?

What about the plant?
Does it seem healthy?
I know yield wont be any good, any fertilizer you recommend?
How long will it take til harvest?

Tell you what dude, im quite amazed at how well your plant is doing in that setup, Well done bro!

The box is cool man, go bigger, get a single cheap wardrobe and a good LED. The threads on here about the GN LED's are amazing, it is indeed a wicked light!
Ive had excellent results with mine. Love it to bits.

The plant looks pretty healthy to me mate.

As long as fetz go, you could give it some BioBizz Gro and Bio Bizz Bloom <read muddys 'growing autos' thread on here, its excellent!>

Time till harvest, i reckon at a guess 11 weeks from the day it germinated. Perhaps longer for you as your using CFL's

Keep posting tho bro, cos experts on here will only have to look at her to tell you.

Bloody good grow in that sized box mate! Will be watching this closely. Jack Herer is a lovely strain, the daddy of many more.

Alpha & Omega - Thank you for the feedback, it feels well when you're in the good path
I will go bigger when I'm out of my parents house, now I want to go stealthier than this so I can keep my girls closer to me, I've been reading Mr. Grow's 30 CM PC Case's Journal and seeing some sites like MR. GROW PRO cases, but they are quite expensive, maybe I'll manage to save some money for like 2, 3 months and then I'll buy that thing, havent decided yet
I will keep in mind those and read about those fertilizers, I want to get some before the next grow, I have 2 seeds of Auto WW, lets see if I can get 2 plants into that

Red eyed c - Thank you for the welcome and the thread mate, I will read it since I don't understand anything about fertz.. The only thing I know, is that you have to put a little bit of it, nothing more xD

How much yield should I expect from this plant?
It is big, but the buds are quite normal/tiny. I know it will get better with "fertz+good lights"

Alpha & Omega - she is 10 weeks old my friend, she should be harvested at 11th week, but I think she will take longer.. What do you think?

Looking nice and healthy Crisp, but i don't think she'll be ready for another few weeks - those buds have got some growing and fattening to do. You will see all the little buds in the main stem join up together and then start fattening. If you have a bloom booster, that would be the time to start adding it. (something like pk 13/14 or dutch pro explode)

You'll see the white hairs on the buds going orangey brown and then start shrinking (while the buds are popping out white hairs, they are still growing) - in my opinion that's a good time to look at the trichs and see if they are going cloudy and a few ambers. That's the point i like to start a 7-10 day cleanse (just PH adjusted water) to clean out the nutes.

Then for me it's chop chop time TaNg's Thang

Blue - Thank you for the opinion! Every information you said is necessary for me as I dont know how to apply fertilizers and the time to do it, so everything you and your friends write here is really helpful, some sort of a guidance for me, which is great, because you know you are being adviced by experienced people

So I'll try to get some fertilizer at a growshop near my house, lets see what they have there, I have an idea of what I want from there since i've been advised from you and our forum buddies, I'll see what I can do.. I dont have much money with me to spend on this as Im saving for a blackstar led/ mr grow pro pc case, still havent decided, so I'll be doing the savings and the decisions will come after. Something I didnt mention earlier and I dont know if its important for you to know this factor, my lights arent as good as yours, I bought them from a light shop, they arent from any grow brand, just some random lights with the spectrums needed, not much for lumens, like 3000 from the two of them (flowering).

With that and the fact of the plant being automatic in mind, you think it will affect the plants yield?

Another random question from a newbie: whats the difference between automatic and autoflowering seeds?

Do both (or the same) need lumens to grow? Do lights affect yields from the both kind?
