The weather is around 75F to 58F now.
I set out two yesterday for about 5 hours. And they seemed to like it. Now they are under T5HO for a 20/4 cycle.
These are 2.5 week old autoflower plants.

My questions are. ..
Is 6 to 8 hours of direct sun enough?
Can I just set them out cold turkey?

hey, i've got a similar set up. How many hours between sunrise and sunset? If its less than 12 i'd wait it out for a bit. You dont want to miss out on potential growth during veg. And also those night time temps seem quite low. What i would do is put them out during the warmest time of day when you get the most direct sunlight but then bring them back in. Thats at least what im doing and seems to be working fine. I'd wait for some of the other guys' opinions though.
Good luck!

Sunrise/Sunset is about 12 hrs now this time of year.
i set out one of my plants to see the difference in growth from the others.
The direct light for my outdoor growing location I figure is about 7 hrs. Also, I thought Autoflowers don't mind a little cooler temps?
