I'm sure it's nothing to be concerned about, but and just hoping to get some information. I'm on my first auto grow, with my first ever auto breaching the soils surface this afternoon. It only has one rounded seed leaf, not two, common-not common? Also, the first set of tiny true leafs have white tips. Interesting I'd say, is it something I should be concerned about? Check out the picture, and by all means sub up my first auto grow if you feel inclined to do so as well.

With any seed, especially autos, any slow or unusual growth can be disastrous to the plant when it's this young. I'm certainly no expert grower, but I've popped a few hundred seeds at least and the one piece of advise I can feel comfortable giving is that if your seedling looks weak/deformed/slow you should pop another one just in case. I'd much rather spend a couple extra bucks on another seed, pot, and dirt then risk weeks of wasted time waiting for dysfunctional plant to grow.

I can't say for certain if this is the case with your girl, she may be fine. The LED light and and distance from the plant don't help with diagnosis though. If you are concerned then take a picture in natural light up close so we can get a better look at what's going on. Good luck.
