Iron deficiancy

Will iron chelate fix my problem?
I have top leaves looking like nitrogen sickness but all bottom leaves and middle leaves do not have nitrogen claw like the tops and top buds.
I can post pics if needed but I am sure one of you vetrans can advise me either way.

And just so we clear it up now I ph everything religiously to 6.1 to 6.2

I do use tap water though and out of the tap it is around 7.9 which I was told is too high for even drinking water and I do not leave my water sit 24 hours because I have read so many times that no one has proof chlorine does anything to plants.
My ppm is around 170 out of the tap too and that worries me a bit.
But I do watch my ph close and never let my ppm get over 750 even with nutes. Also I am in dirt/soil.

And yes I know chlorine is bleach and in higher amounts can hurt anything living. But we are talking such small amounts that people drink it for 40 years with no more ill effects than brushing your teeth with toothpaste daily.

And for those that didn't know.
Yes toothpaste is toxic as hell.
Thats why it says call poison control if anyone swallows any more than what you would brush with.
I brush with water although I'm not sure my water is any safer since I started growing and checking it lol

As for the Cl: it's not literally bleach that's in the treated water, it usually Cl gas, which is why it'll dissipate soon after air exposure,... unless it's chloramine, which is not a gas, so it won't,... that needs to be neutralized with a chemical made for the aquarium hobby,... true, small amounts of Cl won't kill a plant, but it's still a negative input to them, and more relevantly, the Cl, in any form, kills the soil microbes, and that absolutely has a negative impact on the plants vitality,...

My bleach cl thinking is because I have a pool and use bleach for the same effect as cl
