today when watering i noticed this...its the one without the white hair coming out..

it kinda looks like female parts just without the white hair coming out..but i also kinda think its male parts..please let me know what you think.

max rep to whoever helps sort this out :smokebuds:

Very very normal! Even once I asked the question got my answer (calyx's) I was so smoked out one day I asked the SAME freaking thing like a month later on another plant... (thankfully AFN is forgiving) felt like such a heel.
A calyx is nothing more than a pod for a seed. Take one of the sacs in question and pop it open? If empty inside than your good! Saw nothing in those pics that would indicate a Hermie,(if you look at the sacs you'll see pistils coming out) just looks like one sac is questionable to me....

Only been growing for a year, so hopefully someone with more experience will pipe in.

Hey man I don't wanna spam or Post on others peeps threads but would you mind having a look at my post , it's the one before this I've got the same worries , sorry freedom for posting crap on your thread lol

Nope, that's a female.

I will tell you an almost sure fire way of differentiating pollen sacs from calyxes until you get a little more experience. A pollen sac will always, always have a small stem underneath it. A calyx will always be attached directly to the stem at the internode and will mostly have a hair or two coming out of it. Some don't always have hairs but they will not have a stem under them.

So if thats a calyx should i expect a seed there eventually? and yea man 3 of the sacks in the picture i can tell are female but that one doesnt have the pistil coming out like the others so i wasnt sure if thats a male part showing up due to some kind of stress or something.. when you had a similar looking thing on your plant did it ever produce any seeds? :smokebuds:

thanks 420, do you know why that one sack doesnt have the white pistil coming out like all the other ones? thats not a male part coming out due to some type of stress?

i just ask because if theres any chance it is i want to pull it now :smokebuds:

That is definitely not a pollen sack, all calyxes bro. Like I said, some won't have hairs.

No, you can't expect any seeds there at all. No seeds unless you have a male in there or it hermies.
