Indoor Is my grow tent to hot?

I have a 240watt blackstar and a 400 mh air cooled. The humidity is at 38%, though the temp is staying a steady 88degrees has not gone up since I started running the mh today... Prior to the mh I had just blackstar running and the temp stayed at 79.... Thoughts? Too hot?

That temperature is perfect 85 is when it gets too hot :firedevil:

Though I'll be doing my grow and plan was with the HID as well, otherwise not enough light for my space

Are you taking the temps at plant level? 88 Is a little to high,also you might want to raise your humidity up to at least 45 or 50.

...can you fit a small fan to move the air around...high temps and low humidity are stressful on young plants
