Live Stoner Chat Is one Es300 led too much for seedlings?

Hey guys! Just starting my new tent grow and was wondering if one electric sky 300 watt led is ok or too much for my seedlings.. I have two es300s in my 5x5x7 tent but am only using one until the plants get bigger.. I sprouted 5 mephisto ripley's og and now have the them in coco (4 haven't broken ground yet) I have the light raised as high as it will go in the tent.

Never used that model but have followed a few grows that used it .
Great to veg until about 5_6 node then I'd add the other one for that amount of plants
For seedling I'm sure it's fine around 30 inchs away
