...adjustable up and down height that I can hang from my tent ceiling bars? Like say an 8"?
One where I could adjust to blow across the canopy.

I would love to have something like this for my small grow space to save floor space.
I tried clipping an oscillating fan to the corner tent pole but it didn't work for me.
