New Grower Is this a hermie flower? (1st Grow)

Is this a hermie flower? This plant that was supposed to be an auto never auto-ed, so I brought it to 12/12 a week ago.

It doesn't look like the other flowers are, so if I remove the one hermie flower will it "stop the spread" of evil hermieness?
