Your plants look fine. If your concerned that they aren't getting tall enough, simply raise your lights a bit more. Ideally you want the node spacing, the space between new leaf sets, to be about 1".

How high can should I move my CFL's? I've been keeping them about 5 inches about the tops.

Soils with slow release nutrients are generally avoided for growing autos. Most take about 3 months to be exhausted and autos don't like that high N level once they go into full flower, around week 5-6. I would be very cautious about giving any additional nutrients, especially in veg. The slow release will probably be enough.

Thanks! I'll keep giving these distilled water. Will be sure to get the "right stuff" for my next seedlings. Will be starting another germination in a few days and another ten days from then. The new ones will be Bomb THC Bomb seeds.

5 inches is fine buddy with a cfl you also can get it a tad closer if you have a fan blowing inbetween the tops of the plants and the bulb but keep an eye out for any heat stress ( leaves curling up )
