1st I heard you don't want to transplant autos but I'm moving them from a 1in net pot to a 8in net pot when they get big enough. Will that mess them up?

2nd should I move my lights farther away so I can plant it in the 8in net pot sooner?

Thanks

It's not recommended to transplant autoflowers because of the way they function. Transplanting normally takes the plant a week or so to adjust to its new environment. Transplanting can also cause root shock and transplant shock - which is why its not recommended. I'm sure there's a few other reasons. BUT, this is only one potential side to this. Some people have transplanted autoflowers without any issues so it really depends. For this question I would await a reply from a really experienced grower.

Regarding your lights and moving them further away, what type of lights do you have? It might cause the stems to stretch as they want more light. I also didn't fully understand this question lol.

Karma your way man :-) goodluck with the grow hope all goes well!

You could drop the 1 inch pots into the 8in pots before the roots get too big.

Hello,

In my last autoflower grow(think different) I transplated my ladies 2 times 1ltr to 6ltr to 12ltr pot. Autoflowers seems to me durable enough because ruderalis is wild strain that grows in nothern himalaya and southern states of the former soviet union. Which type of lamps do you use?

T5 lights I will have to make a video to try and explan it better
