Problem: Continueing discoloration of leaves, splotchy. Edge of fan leaves folding up.
Medium: FFHF with 2.2lbs KindSoil on bottom.
Feed: only 6.5ph filtered water.
Strain:nirvana autofem northern lights
Climate:70-80f. With 100cfm exhaust and oscillating fan. RH 35%
Additional info: this is my first grow, I read the edge of leaves folding up "taco-ing", was a heat issue, but my temps seem fine. Should I just ignore and keep rocking? Besides the color and small folds, she seems happy. Also, she's under a 300w (132 @ wall) mars hydro LED at about 22". She is 15 days old.

Here's my 2 cents... the green is nice I would keep on rocking... BUT that humidity is low for a young plant. The low humidity could be causing the plant to try and transpire at a higher rate than it wants and this will also cause your tacoing..... also make sure the fan isn't blowing directly on her. A slight wiggle is all you need ...

I would suggest trying to get that RH as close to 60% as possible

Totally agree...in my space I deal with even lower RH than that and some strains show taco tips and some are fine.

The coloring is my only concern really, but I've had some mutants do that from the beginning, two tone leaves later on here and there. Happy frog is kind of hot for autos from what I hear but haven't tried it myself. If keep rocking along and see how she looks in a week or two or if there's any big changes daily besides growth, watch the new tips

Well you mentioned misting, it could be a possibility for those spots to be from misting while the led is on, you do have some low humidity for veg, it'll raise in flower though.
Kick his ass, seabass! lol

@Mas i was wondering the same, I have a 100cfm exhausting at the top with a passive air intake on bottom. My cabinet is not air tight so I wonder if turning the exhaust off would be benificial. I don't know if the slight humidity gain I may see would be worth the loss of 100cfm of fresh air???
