New Grower Keep leaves on buds or not?

Greets ~ When harvesting, should I keep the frosty leaves in the buds or cut them off like other fan leaves? I don't know how to make edibles, so I couldn't use them for butter, etc. These leaves look tasty to me! :

I've attached a photo of the buds and leaves. I won't cut her down for another few weeks, but I'm thinking about what I need to do. Thanks!

I pull the larger fan leaves out and trim the sugar leaves. Like you said they have trics on them so smoke um.

Also. If you do have a lot of sugar leaves sometimes I pull some of them because they do taste different then bud. Can give the old alfalfa taste and smell if to much vegetation going on.

You can also make hash with trimmed leaves if they have enough trys on them.

Pretty much all of the leaves are loaded with trys. Good point that the leaves will give a different taste than the buds, thanks! I have no idea how to make hash, I'm a newbie at all of this except smoking :
