love this light it is working and I got MH led and hps all running and the biggest buds are under the led I never thought it would happen but I'm saying it I might get two more

What sucked is I had 2 kind k5's that were both damaged. After growers house discount I paid 2880.

I have heard similar stories from growers on line . I know what the next brand of LED I buy woun't be ( lol ) . It's stuff like that and false claims that hurt the led industry and create a lot of dis-trust . I have an Apollo Led have had her running 20hours a day for last 10months no problem so far.

Got something crazier to tell you. Apollo is a rebrand of kind. Different printing on the case is all the difference. I just found out go grow LED makes a bunch of lights for different names companies. Apollo and kind are the same though

Oh ya I know there's a few led companies that use the name Apollo there's a really cheap brand on eBay than the other company a hydro store near me sells. I'm honestly not surprised though ...... I remember looking at leds about 6-7years ago thinking about buying them and they where so dual and useless I went with hps. The technology is really taking off I can't wait to see where it goes.

It took months and months of begging. Growers house refunded me saying this sort of thing happens often. Nice group over there! They didn't have to take back a light that kind damaged. I know it sounds odd that I say they damaged it but I had proof. When I went public with it kind paid me the remaining 25% in a check within 24 hours. Not to mention kind and mars use the same exact leds in their panels meaning kind is way over priced. Few more features and a bigger light overall but it's manufactured for nothing, advertised like mad and marked up 600%.

@BigSm0 please refrain from bashing other vendors. If you bought the panel from growers house, ANY other led company will tell you to get your refund from growers house, including Kind. No proof, NO journal, NO slagging without a journal. Not my rules, but the rules from the led section, as you are well aware of!! If someone slags you on forum about your autocob, we would tell them the same thing.

This is the 2nd time in a week I've heard bad things about this company!

Sounds like they kinda suck to me, at least their customer service and that's usually a window in to the company as well!

There was a thread in the kind section about two failing at the same time . Dude had to jump through flaming hoops just for them to take them back & he had to pay for shipping. Kind said the failures were caused by corrosion do to high humidity . They fixed & sent them back & they shit the bed the day he got them back . A mod that probably has a shit load of free gear dug through his old posts & found he uses a propane co2 burner & that causes moisture. I posted for that KIND of $ the shit should be gold plated & corrosion proof, a grow light that is not co2 compatible lol! That thread disappeared lol & that was yesterday. What the hell is this Russia ?
