Using soil light is a 1200 what cob light full spectrum, my ph levels have been around 6.0 to 6.2 adding seaweed extract for nutrients and bud candy

okay 6.0-6.2 seems low for soil grow you want be 6.5-6.8 more on 6.5 end... also your having a calmag def along with ph being off a little, correct them two and should see a bit of difference, but also seems you do not have pk type nutes which your gonna need for bloom or that will also give other def as well.

auto's known for calmag issues led amps that up even more since led can cause calmag issues also.

the yellowing and problem you have will not go away, but you want prevent entire plant from turning yellowing prematurely or it may not finish like you would want. so you want to just get it back to healthy to allow to finish.

well I think will be combination of fixing your ph, adding in calmag and also a bloom nute. just be sure every feeding your ph is checked after nutes added.
