I am in the 6th week of flowering up the dosage on the newts to 600 ppm using Fox Farm trio hydroponic and this morning noticed these spots on 1 of my plants leaves had this early on in the plants life but I think that was due to lack of Cal Mag didn't know I had to use it in distilled water any info would be great

If you fill out the questionnaire from the sticky at the top of the forum describing your grow style and the parameters in use, it'll be a lot easier for us to help diagnose. Thanks man!

is that water on your leaves? it could be one of two things

1- cal mag deficiency distilled water has no micro nutrients in it and you will have to substitute with a cal- mag additive of some type I used to have cal -mag problems with FF trio myself...

2- water on leaves under a grow lamp will work like magnifiers and burn the leaves where the water drops are. What is your RH it looks like you have alot of humidity in that cabinet which could get dangerous in full flower and can invite bud rot and mold.

Some more info on your grow will help us diagnosis a little better. hope this helps :D

Yes about once a week I sprayed a little water on my lease right before they go to sleep I was told to do that at my local hardware shop I guess that's not the right thing to do but yes I have been using cal-mag for about the past 3 weeks now I did not start using it at the first with my distilled water because I did not know about it the same plant show the same signs it is showing now but I have been using Cal Mag the only thing that I did different is increased the nutrients I was running about 500 ppm and I went up to 700 my PH is at 6 to 5.8 I'm guessing it might be nute to burn so yesterday afternoon I changed the reservoir and put just pH water with Cal Mag Ines to try to flush out I guess that's the best thing to do any more help would be appreciated and I will answer any questions as best I can but this is my first time to grow thank you

00 also my reservoir had been getting up to about 72 to 73 degrees during the day for the daytime hours for the plant so I started adding ice packs to the reservoir during lights on hours it has been staying anywhere from 62 degrees to 68 that is another thing that I just started within the last 5 days don't know if I got it too cold

The lower temps in your res is good the lower the better. I don't think it is nute burn that starts on the leaf tips and works it's way in. How much cal mag have you been adding maybe it is to much cal mag and you are locking out cal mag. I'm not a hydro guy so my knowledge on hydro is little to nil but I do know a couple of things. Maybe a hydro expert can chime in and give a better diagnosis.

What up mr sweets... LEVER my homie...

Looks like cal def to me... Add your cal/mg supplement too your res mix first... Before anything else...

How much cal/mg are you using?? What size is your res? What style of hydro are you running? Tell all...

65-68f is perfect res temp.

Don't raise your ppm's so much in one step... 100ppm/.2EC (500 scale) per week is perfect.

I grow in DWC hydro... But I'm no expert..

I have a gallon reservoir I do not fill the reservoir completely up because the net pots hang down a little bit so when I add cal mag first before I add any of my nutrients it says to add 1 TBS per gallon I add just a little bit under that since I don't have a full gallon of water in my reservoir is that too much View attachment 152720 this is my set sorry not the best pic
