First time grower (I tried hydro first big fail). Using CFL 85 real watts, 6500K. Water is store bought purified. pH 6.5 using bluelab pen. I did see some mites (not sure what kind). went to the local hydro store and got a spray. Seems to have worked. I haven't been worried about the drops magnifying since its CFL. 1 teaspoon of veg nutes per gallon of water (is that a lot?). Temp varies but 70's seems normal. This about 26 days into it. Ak 47 auto fem.

Would love some help!

Thx

This looks like a soil grow and it looks overwatered. What kind of nutes are you using and are you adding cal-mag?:smokebuds:

No cal mag (not even sure what it does but ill research). Nutes are flora something. Cant recall name not at home. Its 2 part system im using part A only. The soil is mg. Didnt know it wasnt good until after i started. Thx for the comment, any other thoughts?

cal/mag probly but it looks more over fed than over watered to me

C al-Mag is calcium and magniesium that is need to balance the PH.Check our reference threads on fertilizer and this should help. You can get cal-mag on line or at a grow store. You can also use mollassis that contains both and use this at one tbls per gal of water.Your ph could go down just a little to 6.2 or 6/3.

Kinda looks over-fed & over watered. Are those clay pots? Look in the 2nd pic how absolutely drenched the soil is. Jump over to the new growers forum and see if you can catch Muddy or another one of the phenominal growers / advisors here to get some help and perspective. Welcome BTW.
P.S. and the veg nutes... what kinda soil are they in? Lotta commercial soils around that are hot enough to carry a veg 26 dayz w/o needing anything else, so it's POSSIBLE that 1 tsp./ gal. might be too much. Relax, breathe...Puff, puff, pass

Thx for the help! Ill flush with water for awhile and see what happens. They are clay pots. I plan to get air pots after this grow.

Id say you need to give it some Cal-mag i wouldnt flush it as such i would just Ph water for the next coupe of feeds but let the pot dry out quite a bit first before you water again :smokebuds: If im wrong some body jump rite in :peace: Si

Cool thx! Looking back i can understand why overwatering makes sense...

So i looked up the cal mag. Is 2-0-0 the right one?
