So I upgraded the lights today to 23 watts per bulb and a bulb dropped on the plant while I was gone for and hour. So should I tear the leaf off or cut the whole branch or let it stay. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. My plants are 27 days old. Its blueberry auto by the way.

@AutoV, you could maybe cut the fan leaf, but I'd leave the rest of the growth. They have a funny way of repairing themselves and moving on. Of course what's burnt, won't be fixed, but new growth should continue.

Would I cut the branch or just pinch the leaf off?

Don't mess with the branch or the part new growth comes out of. I see that fan leaf you can cut it off where it starts, but don't cut any main stems, and don't pinch your leaves. Just let that part be. You don't want to FIM it.
