New Grower light length

hey i was just wondering if someone could give me a week to week breakdown on how low my lights should be i have a 200W 6500K CFL Fluorescent Bulb with a Hood Reflector.

please start from week 1

as close as you can without burning them.........all the time............ with seedling's watch the stretch, 1 inch nodes are optimum so raise and lower the light's accordingly......

I did 2-4 inches ....use the back of ur hand if it burns yr hand I might burn the babies ...as they grow u most likely will raise around 2 weeks just a little and from 3 the rest of ur grow u might have to raise them everyday to achieve spacing ....

Just star at 18 to 24 inches and go from there...If they just take of up and out then move the lights down, 4 inches at a time....till they slow the strech down.... vice versa if they stay short, and stacked nodes move the lights up 4 inches at a time....

put your hand under your lite palm down at the top of your plants...you want it to be warm but not hot...change the height as needed...there is no week to week measurement that could be given as each strain/person grows at different rates.
