put your hand over your plants if you can keep your hand there without burning it your good between 2 to 4 inches is usually good...... :smokebuds:

Make sure you have a fan blowing on them. The lights could get too warm for a seedling without the airflow.

Try to keep it between 75 - 85 F mate with a good air flow over it.
