You will get more responses if you as a mod to move this to the DIY lighting section! There are many there that have converted their LEDs and can give you first hand knowledge!

I’m using the king plus 1200 seems to be a very nice light so far only had it for a week and its done wonders for my plants. There are much better but it’s working flawlessly and for the price I’m thinking of getting a second when I update.

Look at cobs. @mikey2017 bring this to the cobshop sub forum. BigSmo will have exactly what u need. He’s helped many with this conversion. When done you know it’ll be safe and won’t fry or overheat or whatever else could happen.

You need to do some serious research. How many depends on lots of things. It your running series, driver voltage drops every cob,parallel amps drop... get a grasp on the principles. You'll be playing with high DC current be safe first.

Not saying ya shouldnt, just be careful.

That’s why he should just jump over to cobshop subforum. BigSmo has done these and he also sells his autocobs. @mikey2017 you may just have to start another thread over there or ask a mod.

2 50 v cobs per driver. You can try 3 but that is a little more iffy.
