Buy a box of 10-100 watt equivalent leds from a home improvement store and a 7 bulb light splitter from Amazon and you will be good to go for one even two nice plants and it will cost you less than $30 probably. Maybe get some Reflectix reflective insulation while you’re there and you are 80% done. A pot, soil and nutes and you are ready to plant seeds.
