Indoor looking to grow

I'm new at this.. my question is i want plant autoflowers once a month but I'm limited on grow space looking at 4ft by 8ft high. I want do a multi level grow. Can I mix my plants...I want plant once so ill be planting once monthly.9 plants on the on the bottom so they grow then after a month move them to the second level then plant more seeds..by the time my first autos finish..I can plant more seeds. .will that work?

What's the sq foot area? 4x4x8?

Whats the budget, do you have any experience gardening, potting soil or hydro?
