Lux to PPFD?

I have a Viparspectra KS3000 LED.
I also have a UNI-T UT383BT LUX meter used with the PPFD Meter app.

Here is a screenshot. Which setting applies to my light?

Your light averages about 3700K, so I'd go with the 3500+10 or the 4000+10 setting.
