I lived in South Dakota for 3 1/2 years some decades ago. Ditch weed grew everywhere. Yet Kristi Noem opposes legalizing hemp. Michigan Republican AG ran for governor in 2018 and lost because he opposed medical and recreational marijuana. He lost and marijuana became legal on the same ballot.
