Week seven of grow..these leaves are from bottom half of plant...I have grow log on another part of forum...will post link

To me this looks like N deficiency among other things. The rust spots could indicate calcium deficiency or pH problems.

A friend of mine had a similar issue looks like could be N deficiency. I'm still new at grow but have learned alot from the fine folks on this forum.

Thanks everyone for the comments...I gave her 1/4 strength Grow Big last night..see if that stops some of the yellowing...i don't use cal/mag supplement....just the three fox farm nutes...tiger bloom...big bloom..and grow big...do you think adding a little cal/mag supplement might help?

Hi DF--....you girl is kinda starving, N especially, and I see what looks like early Ca defc. too,... part of why she's a bit spindly... Big Bloom is super mild, like NPK #'s in the decimals... I treat it like a supplement, not a true fert' because of this.. a fine product, but lacks sufficient conc.,.... Promix is also lightly charged with nute', rapidly depleted, so best to get on a proper regular nutrient regime,.. FF has a feeding chart you can refer too, just keep dosage at about 1/2 strength (1/3 is fine to start) until you see how she reacts,... Ca-Mg can be started almost right away, but it's most important during last half of life cycle,.. she's ready! To fix that N defc., start off with a 1/2 str. dose of Grow right away!

Hey bro, sorry I hadn't been around ... kinda of odd cause I'm subscribed to your thread, but didn't get any notifications unless you haven't updated in awhile. Anyways, like Waria said ... your lady is starving. You need to try and fix this without over watering. Get you some fish emulsion, CalMag and a quart size spray bottle. Mix about a teaspoon of fish emulsion and 50 ml of CalMag and spray the shit out of them, especially the undersides of the remaining leaves. Then as soon as your soil had dried enough to water, feed her more emulsion and CalMag. In the meantime, I would spay that girl several times a day! Good luck bro ... :peace:

By the way, I seen where you were ph-ing when you water, but you need to ph the runoff too. But more than that, you need a soil probe to know for sure what your ph is at the roots ... Peace!

Thanks all for your input....She did perk up with the 1/4 strength grow big feed..no more yellowing..greener leaves but some brown spots are on some leaves..maybe the calmag will help with the spotting?...she does not look over watered which is good...i ordered some calimagic for calmag but it won't be here till Monday...so Monday will be 5 days after the nitrogen feed...should i give another does of Grow big along with the calimagic or go back to the flowering schedule with tiger bloom and add the calimagic? Need4weed i thought those soil probes where hit or miss unless you pay the big bucks?...I will get some runoff ph next feed..Waira you think i can do 1/2 power on the FF nutes?...I have heard Tiger bloom is super hot. Thanks you guys for taking the time to help...cheers

Hey bro glad the ladies are doing better. Yeah a good soil probe will set you back 50 bucks or so, but I did get lucky with a $10 one I got from lowes. I least I think I got lucky. It's running the same as my runoff so who knows. Some people use Epsom salt for magnesium, but you could throw the calcium/magnesium ration off which isn't good. A tablespoon of powered garden lime might be your best bet. Hopefully some more experienced growers will chime in before long or you could always post in the imfirmary bro. There's a wealth of knowledge there!!! :peace:
