Indoor Medme's first grow log

Does anybody know why only one of the two is flowering and I started them the same day? I Dont have any pictures of it but ill try to take some when i get a chance.

Do not start feeding until week 5 or week 6 if you want to be even safer. And when you do only do a quarter of what the bottle of nutes suggest.

BTW it's not too late to LST which is recommended in CFL grows.
