I was wondering if in Netherlands, USA or maybe in Cataluña in the dispensary, coffee shop or cannabis clubs there is any possibility to taste/sample some of Mephisto genetics.

What's available usually varies by state, but I recently saw a dispensary ad bragging about the Mephisto strains they had flower of. I couldn't find it just now in Google, though.

In California you can usually find some Mephisto in Raw Gardens products. There are tons of smaller dispensaries that will occasionally have Mephisto flower in Massachusetts, Vermont, and Virginia.
