Hi

Just received 2 x SOL 6 but am in the middle of my run 63 days the youngest to below 80 days.

Am with soil, airpot 10 l and 3 x 400W HPS,

Would it be fine to remove 2 x 400 W and add my 2 units?

Or would the plant not "like "the change?

Any idea, thanks

Peace!

Anyone?
, want to shift in few hours after work :)
Peace!

Plants should respond well to the change ... :smokebuds:

Thanks bro  Needed re-assurance.
Peace!

You will be absolutely fine bro HPS were designed to light streets and your new shiny LEDs were designed for plants. Did you not go for the GNs in the end?

High!

The ones I use are garden lights stuff .... but Yes I did :X's Evil Laugh x: x4 (still waiting 2 weeks...living far far away :) )

but could not resist both best worlds!

So went as well with 2 x Sol 6 ....

Peace!

I can throw them straight at flowering height recommendation or little higher and then after 2 / 3 days down?
It is my first time .....:)
Peace1

I believe you can get the intergrated type lights closer than the GNs I'm pretty sure Hazy has them at 15cm...I would start at 30cm then move them closer after a few days.

Was gonna go 50 cm for nlow.

By the way, it is fine to mix different LED spectrum, right? Should not be a problem? fearing stressing....

Cz I am starting thinking of the next run and what to use in grow and flow rooms....

Peace!

I would start at recommended veg height for a day or two and see how they like it ... then drop to manufactures recommended flowering height ... if you have IR or UV in the LED you must be careful to introduce it slowly this late in the plants life ... height works well to reduce intensity. I don't recall where I read that about IR or UV but based on experience it does make sense ...
