Mites?

This is so early and mild, I can't say for sure if it's Ca defc. but given what you said, I'd say it's more than likely,... If you're confident in your hunting tops and undersides of leaves for vermins, then a more remote possibility is a pest that's more mobile, like thrips; they usually hit top sides of leaves, and some of the specks kinda look like the damage they cause, but not all,... A low level infestation is possible, so keep watching very closely meantime, and a treatment with something wouldn't hurt... Are you stateside? It comes down to what you can get....
Oh, on the leaves, sometimes the sessile and bulbous trichomes can look a lot like eggs! These are everywhere on the plant, at all times, BTW...

I'm in Colombia, South america. I think ill be getting some predatory mites and maybe also Acarex (Paecilomyces fumosoroseus PF2) just in case.

I also had calcium def at the beginning of using this grow setup cuz i didn't have cal-mag suppplements adn the coco coir was not pre-buffered, but I've had some supplement for the past weeks so i think this is different.. and the spots never turn rusty like the ones from cal def... they just stay small and whitish/yellowish.

The very few possible eggs i've seen are only on the underside and are perfect tiny beads. I didn't know of sessile glands, maybe it's ust that.

I'm realizing now after speaking with one of my gro buddies, that everything started with a new batch of coco i bought. The store kept it really dry next to other orgnaic substrates, and the plants in the store all seemed to have cal def but now I'm realizing it might have been mites and i brought them here!

well, i think i might have... dont see any new spots on leaves. I will get some preventive products just in case . Thanks for asking!

Depending on species that you can get in your area, look for ones that are better for prevention rather than for infestation. I used Persimilis for my hot breakout, Fallacis is great for prevention as they can live longer and exist on pollen. Both like higher humidity and lower temps (opposite of spider mites) but you can get species for all conditions!
