Greetings Friends,

Anyone know the most potent decent CBD and best performing auto for my area? I'm 35 degrees north? Considering our long warm season, about 6-7 months, is it possible to get two grows in? It's hot and humid as a motherfuc#@% here. Temps reaching over 115 with the heat index. A couple of years ago I had some regular hybrids from Canada and Europe that kicked ass outdoors.

I've heard some auto strains lack potency, are a waste of time and a big, big let down. Anyone have experience with autos in the humid south? Thanks in advance!

Autos kick petite bottoms - great for those without the space or lights.
Indicas kick ASS.
My opinion only - wont enter debate.
And, as I understand it right now, CBD content is not easy to control and any analysis you may see would be the best test - not an average of every test if you get me?
This ofcourse, makes the assumption that you believe there has ever been a test in the first place.
Nah - cos if mine tested good - I'd publish the analysis - not just try to quote fiction.
Know the nature of what we do - and know the nature of those that wish to profit.

I love Indica and Sativa, but I tend to be more of an Indica guy. I've been reading and viewing photos of cbd killing breast cancer cells. I wish I had some oil right now to start a regimen for my mom.

Man, it's hurting me bad watching my mom go thru this hell and shrink from the strong woman with a mind sharp as a tack. She's lost a lot of weight and is becoming forgetful. It's the chemicals, and we had to change doctors and clinics because the Jewish dude has been over dosing her with some very dangerous chemicals for money.

I'm hoping a potent oil taken without the chemo and other drugs will perform and do some good at kicking the cancer's ass. Hence my reason asking for information on the best possible choice of cbd, potency and speed of harvest.

Henry Anslinger and the others involved in prohibition had no idea they would actually pollute the rivers and cause cancer, but also keep medicine from those that desperately need it.

World of Seeds EU lists several high CBD auto strains. They don't send orders to US or Canada, so if you're located in either then just use their site for personal homework and then visit one of their partner sites for your order.

Start your search by clicking the "Shop" tab near the top, then click "shop by: All products" to the left, then scroll down a ways till you see along the left side "Bank", "Price", "Efect", "Way of cropping", etc.. Click "Medicinal Value" and select "Very High". The strain list will refresh. Scroll down the left again, clicking on "Outdoor Harvest Time" and select "Automatic (45 days)". The list will refresh. You can select multiple automatic "Outdoor Harvest Time" options (i.e. "45 days" AND "45-55 days" AND "55-65 days" AND "9 weeks") by repeating the previous step after each refresh. Once you've done this you will have a single list of all their "Very High Medicial Value" Autoflowering strains. Orrr you can just clicky here and BAM, herpes: http://www.worldofseeds.eu/wos_en/shopby/?tiempo_crecimiento=43,96,102,100&valor_medicinal=56

Some of those listed don't mention the THC content but the ones that do are quite hefty. Afghan Kush Ryder suggests that 22% THC is possible. Also take into account that the "Medicinal Value" may be signalling high CBN, not necessarily CBD, though I believe typically one follows the other along a fairly common ratio. I could be way off in that ratio assumption. Also you may have to do further homework on their tolerances to your outdoor levels of temperature and humidity. There's a 4 or 5 page thread somewhere here on AFN in which several members discussed briefly their dabblings with some of those high CBD strains. Not sure if any are outdoor grows but if you find it maybe you can ask them.

I'm a total newb at growing but I hope this helps your search. :)

I think I've suggested this before to you - Jeff Ditchfield through google or facebook.
Read his stuff - contact him direct - not to buy anything but to get some guidance.I see him Saturday - pm me, I'll speak to him direct if you want.
Just trying to help.

Thanks Damascus, I appreciate the help, but I'm in the US. There's a lot of good seed banks that don't do business here and a few that do. I've read a lot of documentation, and the highly potent THC strains have very little CBD, so little in fact that novice smokers can get paranoid and have a bad trip. It's not uncommon to see a strain with 18%THC and 0.23%CBD. Just enough to keep regular smokers from having an anxiety attack. Some folks consider 2%CBD a high amount. Personally, I think 6%-10%CBD should be the standard for the sick and afflicted, especially cancer patients that are facing so much pain and stress. We're living in a ever changing and crazy world.

How could a grower know the content of the CBD in order to breed for it? I would like to help but do not know how.

Some seed banks state the cbd content of there strains,I would check there first. If the don't try and find out the breeder and contact them.

I live where the temps often get into the high 90 during the summer and often stay there for weeks at a time. I've found that plants that finish in the high heat never seem to do as well as those planted in the spring or fall. So what I try and do is start some indoors early and get them out so they finish before it gets too hot. Then I start a second crop to finish up in late fall, before the weather gets too cool. That's worked out a lot better for me. The high humidity would be a concern as it can lead to mold and bud rot.

A few strains that I've grown with high CBD and good medical value are White Sirius, Pakistani Ryder, and Mossy's Dragons.

Never met anyone yet who can smoke a joint, hit a Bong and say - "Oh yes, this is high in CBD".
If there are people out there who can do this - please get in touch.
Can only guess some people are more talented than me. Ho Hum.........However, I do believe that there are many people who believe advertising hype.
