Extraction Mushroom help please

Hey people
i bought this mushroom grow kit (they are just your standard button mushroom for eating)
I have the date i started on the lid in pic 2
Anyway on the instructions it said up top of first page put under your sink then once mold appears put in laundry with lid off
Then on bottom other page it said to leave lid on till buttons appear WTF
im confused
What do i do ?
