New Grower My autoflower won't flower ? been preflower for 3 weeks..any clue ?

Hi,
I have an auto that won't flower..has been in pre-flower for 3 weeks now with tiny white hairs but no buds are forming...still growing vigorously and it was planted last week of april so better than 60 days.

any thoughts ?

it is a Max auto from kannabia which from what I understand are very good breeders...

Had a sativa dom strain pre flower, grew big but never made buds, don't know why.

Either you have a photo or auto that will take 90 days plus. Its hard to tell with out pictures to see what it looks like. If it is still growing vertically at 60 days you my friend have a photo most autos stop growing around 50 days max so exceptions of course (got to love mother nature always unpredictable). If you can get some pictures up that would be a big help

not growing verticle growing wide like a bush..

I have it on a 18/6 cycle will it flip if I put it 12/12 like a photo..?
