Hello,
I'd first like to thank you guys for having this forum. Before setting up my own profile on here I came across it several times when using Google to search questions I had and it has really came in handy for me and it is truly a great resource.
As for myself I'm fresh into my 30s and I live just outside of St. Louis. I grow in a tent, 1000watt led light setup, 6" ventilation in and out, and your standard fans for moving around air. Strains I have grown are Amniesia Haze, Train Wreck, and White Widow is in the works.
I would consider myself to be in the gray area between rookie and novice as far as autoflowers go. I'm currently in my 8th grow. I'm a huge fan of sativas but this is my 1st venture into an indica dominate strain with white widow. I do enjoy a good smoke from time to time but what really draws me in is the science behind the grow. I love the why and how questions and to see the answers develop in the plant. If I start with nutes week 4 vs starting at week 1, light cycles from 18,19,20 hrs, running fans from the bottom up vs the tip down, tap water vs bottle water, vs distilled water etc. Just anything I can record a positive or negative change in the overall production at harvest. I enjoy the the complete process of the grow, I think it works well for me because I just use it as a hobby vs a get rich quick scheme, although my buddy's sure enjoy the benefits haha.
I do appreciate the chance to introduce myself and I look forward to reading and possibly being a avenue of information.
