This is the journal for my SGS white citrus plant. These are old seeds from a old run. They were never officially named white citrus but its what it says on the pack. I'm going to keep this grow as simple as I can. I have some nutrients that are still good but getting some age on them and i hate to waste anything. I'm using two 26w cfl's and a sunshine system 45 led panel. She is in a grolab gl40 tent. Oh these were free seeds from the seed depot for a error that was made.

The plant is 22 days old. She was started in a party cup then transferred to a one gallon pot. Yes its a sponge bob cup. Below is what all im using on this grow.

Dyna-gro foliar pro(not as a foliar)
General hydro cal-mag
Sunlaves liquid guano Peruvian seabird (for bloom)
Backstrap molasses
Great white micro
Roots organics soil straight out of the bag

I use city(tap) water that comes out on average ppm211. I adjust the Ph to 6.1. Its worked fine so far. If we get enough snow I melt it for water. That's it for now. Enjoy.

Very nice node spacing. I swear that CFL's do a better job at vegging than any other method if done right. This is going to be an interesting grow in that we have the same LED. Sunshine systems are great for side lighting just as you use it. As you know, I use it the exact same way never changing my T5 color temps. I just move the plants closer to harvest closer to the LED. That's all the red light I supply them and in my opinion it does really well. I think it might urk a few 1000w MH growers.. HEHE..

Subbed!

Thanks alley, I'm adding four more cfl's,s tonight. For the light and it increase the "day time " heat just a bit. Winter is here to stay and I need it a little warmer. I have about half saved up for that led you pointed out to me.

She is a strong grower. She slipped two of the knots last night. Now I know the likes it a little rougher.

LOL! I am a huge fan of total light saturation. In my perfect ideal world, I wouldn't want a single shadow on my dream grow. Home-depot has every single imaginable light adapter thingy known to man. But as you said, it's winter time! Take advantage of the cooler weather with extra lighting! I'm being serious.

Edit: About moving lights.. I hate it! Trying to make small adjustments just to find out that the natural hanging positions with the power cord pulling this way or another is about enough to drive a CFL grower nuts..

I popped two more of the mix seeds and I'm just going to add them to this journal. They are six days old. I'm going to pollinate a branch or two one the whits citrus tomorrow. First time. Any advice would be appreciated.

The new mix sprouts. One needed support after the bigger plant pushed it down. Bullied already in life. Lol

My wife (bless her heart) saw me looking at led's on eBay and decided to surprise me with one for Xmas. One of the ones I've read not so good stories about on here. But with the look in here eyes I have to try it. The first one that came in worked for about two days. I don't know what she said to them but a second one arrived before they even received the bad one. This second one he's been working great so far so I've added it to this grow.

So now I have the sunshine 45 mounted for side lighting and this led mounted above. Still have the cfl's in there as well. It says it is a 135w seven band led (whatever that means.) All I know is I accidentally looked directly at it once and got a instant headache.

I'm going to pollinate a couple of branches tonight. I think all the reading I've done on here has me prepared. I'm going to use the paint brush technique. Any last minute tips would be great. I'm using pollen from a amnesia auto.
